Hello, I’m Erin — a Scottish decorator, photographer, blogger and writer with a soft spot for beautiful spaces and an inventory that suggests I should never be left unsupervised at a shopping event.
Second Life is my creative escape. I love turning an empty room into somewhere that feels lived in: a cosy woodland home, a forgotten little shop, or a quiet corner filled with things that seem to have a story of their own. Autumn is my favourite season, so warm light, rustic textures and a few carefully placed pumpkins tend to find their way into my scenes.
Photography lets me capture those worlds, but writing gives me another way to explore them. I love imagining who might live behind a door, what happened before the photograph was taken, or what a small, ordinary moment might mean to the people in it. Sometimes a picture inspires the words; sometimes a story comes first and I build the scene around it.
Bite My Blogger brings those loves together: decorating, photography, a little shopping, and stories that invite you to linger. It’s my place to share the creators and details that catch my eye, alongside the moods and moments they inspire.
